Drawing

This ‘Drawing’ series, which consists of three types, is a work that expresses my hand drawings on paper as sculptural objects that can be hung on the wall. Drawing, which I define as a designer, is a candid record of the creator's moments and a diary of the process. Unlike sketching, the process contained in drawing is not an intermediate step towards completion, but the process itself is the destination.

In ‘Drawing’ series, solid wood is cut into small pieces and expressed as drawing lines, and transparent and subtle colors are expressed through the process of thinly applying colors made by mixing linseed oil with pigments in several layers.
